About Me

I've played guitar since I was eight years old, and I've loved it ever since! I started out at Allegra School of Music & Arts, where I learned the basics of the instrument. I was classically trained there for three years before moving to School of Rock in Somerville. Outside of formal training, I have familiarized myself with several disciplines and genres.

I was in band all throughout middle school, and the guitarist for the middle school and high school jazz band through fifth grade. As such, I am most experienced with rock, metal, and jazz music. I have some experience with classical guitar, and am quite affluent in Music Theory.

Performance experiences

I have performed at several locations, and with many musicians! I have opened up for The Barenaked Ladies, and Todd Rundgren. I also performed at Fiddlefest, where the featured act was Billy Joel's original backing band, The Lords of 52nd Street.  One of my most memorable experiences was playing at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio!
