FAQ

Q: Where are your lessons?

A: In the comfort of your own home! I bring the lessons to you so that you don't have to drive. If the client is a minor I require an adult to be home during the lesson.

Q: What instruments do you teach?

A: Guitar.  I am most experienced and skilled with the electric and acoustic guitar. While I can play other instruments such as bass, drums, and piano, I do not have other instructors to offer different lessons at this time.

Q: How long have you been playing?

A: I have been playing guitar for over nine years now, and have had a ton of fun doing so!

Q: What do I need to take lessons?

A: After your trial lesson, you will need a guitar. If you decide to get an electric guitar, you will also need an amp and cable. I highly recommend a music stand, tuner, and metronome. There are many options and accessories to choose from and I can help guide you in your purchases.

Q: What ages do you teach?

A: Both youth (ages 8 and up) and adults.  Children younger than 8 can be evaluated after a trial lesson to gauge their maturity and interest level.

Q: How often are your lessons?

A:  I offer weekly lessons.  Along with consistent practicing, weekly lessons will provide the best combination for success when learning a new instrument.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: I accept Venmo, cash, check.
